This was my first time staying at the hotel. It was a cute, newer building. There was less rooms than the typical hotel which I liked. The staff was friendly and it was located in a quiet street in Bogotà

INCOMODIDADES Y ACIERTOS
Las almohadas son muy duras y por ende incomodas. La ventana de mi habitación estaba en el pasillo, debido a que las cortinas no son lo suficientemente gruesas, entraba demasiada luz a la habitación, lo cual no permitía descansar cómodamente. Solicité el segundo día que la apagaran y al no hacerlo, tuve que solicitarlo nuevamente a las 4 am. Lo mejor de todo, era la amabilidad de la persona encargada de los alimentos.

Nice Location & Good breakfast
The Hotel is located in a safe & convenient neighborhood, close to good restaurants, theaters and shopping centers.
Staff was very friendly and informative.
Included breakfast was great with fresh fruit, squeezed orange juice and eggs a la carte.
Our room and bathroom were smaller than we expected.
The mattress was not confortable.

The staff was very professional and very nice. They accommodate with all the needs and always have a smile. The rooms are very cosy with warm ambience, and breakfast is served fresh daily. The location is very convenient as well, close to the express bus lines and to the great restaurants and bars.
Strongly recommend and will stay at the hotel again.

Ficamos hospedados apenas dois dias nesse hotel e que lugarzinho gostoso, fomos super bem recepcionados, o quarto era ótimo e o café da manhã também, os ovos mexidos uma delícia! O bairro é super tranquilo e tem muita opção de restaurantes nas redondezas, fica uns 10 min de carro da Zona Rosa. Achei um ótimo custo-benefício. O hotel é tão charmoso que parece uma casa familiar, amei cada segundo da minha hospedagem e indico sem pestanejar. Esqueci o nome da moça que nos atendeu, ela foi super solicita e tentou ao máximo entender nosso "portunhol"
