Buena atención. Una recomendación con referencia a las toallas, estamos hospedados dos personas durante 3 dias y solo una toalla, solicitamos la segunda, nos la dieron y luego la quitaron.

Pésimo servicio como es posible que yo haga una reserva con unos días de anticipación y cuando llego para tomar mi reserva me dicen que por sobrecupo ya no me puedo hospedar. Una falta de respeto y de consideración ya que me quedé sin hospedaje. Terrible que hagan eso con las personas y sin ninguna solución NO LO RECOMIENDO

The Wi-Fi is down in all the rooms. It has been 4 days now. I asked for a refund and the manager has yet to return my calls or messages. Very unprofessional. Read the google reviews about this place. Hotels nearby have no Wi-Fi problems. Which leads me to believe these crooks didn’t pay their internet bill because Wi-Fi works for them to accept your credit card payment on their other network.
