I would like to report this hotel for nefarious customer service. I booked a room on July 5th. Arrived late at night on the day of my reservation to be told, the hotel was oversold and fully occupied. I just could not believe the total lack of accountability and communication. They told me, they could make arrangements at another hotel. Which I checked and was very different from what I had originally booked. Very frustrated after a long trip, at 11.30pm I found another hotel thru ******* and checked in. This has been so far my worst experience thru ***********. And in regards to the hotel, I will leverage my presence in social media and travel websites to make people aware of their disappointing organization. Cordially,
