Estoy realmente encantado con la atención y servicio que me han prestado el equipo de Recepción encabezado por el Sr. Cristian Lozano, también Juan Carlos y Vanessa. Desde la llegada el equipo se esforzó por hacerme sentir como si estuviera en mi hogar mas que en un hotel. Hicieron mi estadía mas que placentera y fueron tan impresionante detallistas, que EXCEDIERON cualquier expectativa de mi parte. Soy un viajero de negocios frecuente y realmente faltan palabras para agradecerles. El personal de restaurante encabezado por Luz Marina y Luisa también fue espectacular. Creo en lo personal que todos merecen una promoción pronto, personas como ellos son los que hacen que los huéspedes retornen a los hoteles. Gracias por todo!!!

Me alojé en el Hotel Chicó 97 por motivos laborales y superó mis expectativas. Las habitaciones son modernas, limpias y muy cómodas, con camas amplias y almohadas de excelente calidad. El desayuno incluido es variado y bien presentado, y el personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo de la señora de limpieza: cada día encontraba la habitación impecable, con todo renovado y listo para seguir mi jornada con comodidad. Su servicio fue excelente y merece ser reconocido. La ubicación también es muy conveniente: segura, tranquila y con acceso rápido a zonas clave de Bogotá. Sin duda lo recomendaría tanto para viajes de negocios como para escapadas personales.
