El día de hoy llego para una sola noche, reserva pagada con anticipación y me dicen que no tengo reserva (sobrevendendieron el hotel) que estuvieron llamando (falso no hubo como confirmar), q llegamos tarde (q nos iban a mandar a otro hotel pero que no tenía agua y era su única opción, no me dieron compensación ni nada por el estilo para como compensar el mal rato; osea resuelvan como pueda 9pm Bogotá 2 mujeres solas (estaba con mi hermana)

No tenía toallas de mano, las solicité y trajeron toallas del cuerpo, se me quedó una blusa en el closet de la habitación y no me la devolvieron. Dijeron que no la encontraron. No devuelven los objetos olvidados. Mi blusa era nueva,marca Tomy color celeste la llevaba puesta y olvidé sacarla. Me prestaron el secador de pelo, porque tampoco está disponible, la llave de la ducha para el agua caliente no cerraba bien y las del lavamanos tampoco. Me quemé cerrando la llave de la ducha.

Muy malo el servicio. Solicité cobijas dos veces y nunca llegaron, por lo que pasé una noche horrible. Al siguiente día la pedí y la señora de la recepción fue chocante y cortante. Cuando llegaba a la habitación a las 3pm no habían realizado la limpieza, una vez me dejaron sin toallas, cuando llamé a recepción me dijeron que me las iban a llevar y nunca aparecieron. Lo único que rescato de este lugar es la comida, pero de resto no. No me volvería a quedar aquí.

We were forced to stay here after our flight was delayed. Wouldn't have been our choice, the hotel rep was very helpful at the airport due to multiple flights being cancelled/delayed and thousands of passengers stranded.
