My partner had an issue with her leg and Four Seasons did not hesitate to assist and ask about her well being everyday. This is why I'm a regular Four Seasons customer!

Hotel rooms are OK. The overall hotel is too small, and the elevator can only accommodate four people, like a home elevator. The lobby is very low and very small
