I had a terrible experience with this hotel and cannot recommend it. I was charged for two rooms even though I only reserved one, as clearly shown on my reservation. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the receptionist and showing proof of my single-room booking, she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She insisted that I had reserved two rooms and refused to take any steps to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, the management has completely ignored my attempts to contact them regarding this unauthorized charge. I have sent multiple messages requesting a refund for the extra charge, but they have not responded. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.
If you value professionalism, honesty, and respectful service, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. They not only mishandled my booking but are also refusing to resolve their mistake, leaving me no choice but to escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies and my bank.
Do not trust this establishment with your money.
