Super exclusivos apartamentos de 139m², muy cerca del centro comercial Retiro. Nos quedamos 4 personas y se sintió perfecto. La terraza para salir a fumar es perfecta. La comodidad para descansar, el silencio del sector. 3 días en que todo estuvo perfecto.

Ya era nuestro tercer día y le pedimos amablemente a la señora del aseo que nos dejara cápsulas para poder lavar, tanto en la lavadora y el lavavajillas pero nunca nos entregó nada. A pesar de que la habitación debería tenerlas, nunca estaban disponibles. Lo demás, súper bien.

This place must have changed ownership. Maybe I should have noticed that the good reviews are from over a year ago. The lobby is dark and feels unsafe. There is no fire exit in this hotel, and there was a couple of young men selling ***** near the entrance. This is definitely not a safe hotel for a family. The accommodations are not as described. The washer did not work, and the utensils in the kitchen were filthy. The bed sheets have also seen better days, with stains and tears. There were small black specs that made me concerned about some kind of bug as well. This place may have been nice at one time, but the management obviously does not care past the non-refundable booking.

La atencion muy personalizada. El personal de recepción son muy profesionales y serviciales. Todas las peticiones fueron resultas con una gran disponibilidad y rapidez. Servicio y experiencia 10/10.
El apartamento es muy limpio, cocina equipada, cuarto amplio y la cama es muy comoda y con gran vistas a la ciudad.
Sin duda volvere a hospedarme.
