El trato del personal que labora en el hotel fue excelente. Fueron muy atentos en todo momento. Desde las personas que estaban en el mostrador, hasta las personas que atendían en el desayuno. El desayuno muy completo. Había variedad. La ubicación excelente, aunque los viernes y sábado mucho ruido en las noches y mucha gente en los alrededores del hotel.

You wont get a good nights sleep here.
We’ve been travelling to Bogota for almost 25 years now, never in the 25 years have I ever stayed at a hotel where you could not sleep because the music at the club next door was so loud, the music was so loud it was shaking the glass of water by the bed. It never got ended, they turned the music down at 4 am, when we checked out at 5:30 am you could still hear it, I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you want to get a good nights sleep. At 2:30 am I called the front desk, I was told it would stop at 3am, at 3:00 am I called because the music at the club was still loud, at 4:00 am we decided to wake up pack our bags and go to the airport and try and sleep there. Not very happy at all.
