Great place if you are short on time in Bogota , close to all the museums and many tours.
Hotel is historic and staff are friendly .
Area can be a little shady at night but it is downtown as long as you are careful it is fine unlike the other side of the area.

Typical airbnb-type of place but surprisingly very nice room which is not expected when you are just viewing the building from the outside. The guy and lady who have helped me there were very friendly and pleasant.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, da para ir a pé a vários dos principais pontos turísticos, porém o café da manhã é bem simples, nosso quarto não estava muito limpo e se ouve muito os barulhos dos outros quartos e corredor. As camas e os chuveiros são bons.

El hotel no es como lo muestran en fotos, ni como dicen en tiktok algunos usuarios; las habitaciones son horribles , oscuras, colchones pésimos no se puede descansar, almohadas sucias, el olor en la habitación insoportable como a húmedo camas incomodas, realmente pasamos una noche pésima con mi pareja no lo recomiendo no hay que creer en los videos que hacen algunas personas en tiktok(nosotros decidimos quedarnos en ese hotel por un video que lo recomendaba, pero nada que ver con la realidad)por cierto el ascensor es muy pero muy viejo no le hacen mantenimiento se queda en cada piso me pareció muy peligroso. decidimos el día que nos quedamos usar las escaleras hasta el cuarto piso porque después que se quedo el ascensor y nosotros dentro le cogimos miedo. el desayuno muy regular. realmente no recomiendo este lugar.

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always been good. Problem occurred when my room was not fit to be occupied. They were suppose to contact me, but I didn’t find out till I arrived at the hotel at 5pm that I would be moved to a different hotel in a totally different area of town. The place was also cheaper, but overall it as okay. I am happy they helped me get a new place, but communication is key. I was suppose to have dinner with friends in La candelaria, but I was now a good 30 minutes away. Overall still happy with my stay. Just please communicate, after traveling for 18 hours I want to know where I’ll be in such a big city and not figure out when it is starting to get dark.
