Despite being outside of Puncak’s main area, it remains convenient for those looking for a luxury getaway.

AApriditiaEasy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience.
The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation.
Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍

RReginaThey have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

MMarioMaA Nice hotel located near Sentul Golf Court at the foot of the Mountain where you can enjoy the beauty of nature. There are various choices for food at the buffet. You can even customize your pasta and juice. It is better to avoid holidays because it's too crowded.

SShamsiah Saadonthe room was clean. the service was great. the staff was nice. especially the guard at the swimming pool named ‘Hadis’, he helped us find our transportation to go to Jakarta.
the food was really good. none of the food is disappointing. i was very much amazed by the sparkling water dispenser.
the location was very photographable. alot of beautiful scenery to take pictures with.

The giraffe room where we stayed was clean, comfortable and clean enough, it's just that the connecting door with the next door is not soundproof enough.
Safari garden facilities for children and families are very fun, education about birds and the show is very liked by children

AAdi88booked on 1st jan 25 , with my 2 kids. we took the room with bathtub on level 1. bathtub is big enough for 2 prsons. pool is a bit sad for a hotel this big. breakfst is good enough.
bed is comfortable. tv is big. drinking water is provided free flow on every floor. mosquitoes enters the room from the garden, so we had to lock the terrace door all the time.
