Pictures on ******* were total deceptions. The hotel can’t be accessed by car. I had to walk through dark narrow steep streets with my two suitcases and a backpack I arrived 3 hours earlier than midnight check in deadline but no one was there to do the check in. Eventually I was taken to my room. I was in total shock. Room was tiny and had the ambiance of a prison cell, floors were dirty, the condition of the bathroom was in one word ‘scary’.. there was no hot water. I would not have made a reservation for two nights had I known the true condition of the property. I couldn’t sleep the whole night .. dirt, noise, no air conditioning ( klima didn’t work) extreme heat. I wanted to check out in the morning. Property manager with a slimy smile told me I had to pay for two nights even if I checked out on the spot. Had I known the true condition of the property I wouldn’t have made a reservation for 2 nights . I want to get refunded for the second night . I feel like I was scammed by ******* and by the hotel.
