Pet friendly Hotels Boca Chica

Service der Zimmermädchen war ok. Sehr gut ist das Restaurant mit im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ”riesigen Speisekarten”. Balkon ist in zwei Zimmer vorrätig, aber nicht empfehlenswert, da ab 6 Uhr ein ”Superkrach von der Straßenkreuzung kommt”, so dass ein Schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich ist. Die Einwahl ins WLAN ist manchmal sehr zeitaufwendig und auch nicht durchgehend stabil. Dafür hat der riesige Fernseher auch Netflix im Angebot und man kann im Internet auch direkt deutsches Fernsehen schauen. Wenn man mit warmen Wasser duschen möchte, muss man 30 Minuten vorher die ”Boiler-Heizung” einschalten. Im Moment ist durch die Ausgangssperren generell von einem Besuch in der DomRep abzuraten!!

Al llegar la chica me atendió con amabilidad llegue antes de las 3 y me entregó habitacion antes de la hora lo cual agradezco porque llegaba cansada, el wifi malísimo, no pude comprar chip y dependía de este wifi y pasaba horas sin conexión a la hora de bañarme me doy cuenta que no hay toallas y shampoo ni agua caliente. Pero lo peor de todo es que a las 9 pm me abrieron la puerta y cuando me vió dijo perdón pensé que no estaba, baje a reportar y vi que era el de recepción de la noche,ni con quién reportar porque era el único responsable en ese momento, le dije que no ve en su sistema que la habitación ya está ocupada y me dijo que sí pero que pensó que no estaba. Pero a las 9 pm???? A qué entraría??? Sin tocar y fue ahí cuando vi que no tenía nada de seguridad el cuarto, no contaba con el seguro de cadena que ponen dentro, mi cuarto tenía seguro de la puerta pero cualquiera que tenga llave puede entrar, y 2 compartes balcón con la habitación de alado y solo tienes una puerta de cristal que se abre con llave así que no pude dormir del miedo de no estar segura. El señor de recepción se me puso altanero cuando le reclamé y me dijo ya ya olvidado no pasó nada mi peor experiencia de verdad. Si viajas sola piénsalo 2 veces. Solo se me ocurrió arrimar la cama para obstruir la puerta pero también podría ingresar por el balcón.

This hotel is a Hidden gym in a very busy noisy city it’s nice and tranquil the staff is wonderful the accommodations are excellent and it’s priced very well I would highly recommend it to anybody. The front desk was wonderful Benny, at check in speaks English beautifully and was very helpful with suggestions on things and activities!

This is a little gem of a hotel. It is family owned and it shows. The staff was always there to help with anything. It's basically located across the street from the beaches and restaurants. We were able to just walk the beaches, get drinks, go to the supermarket, go to the local gym (planet fitness), fish markets, local food stalls, and rent a boat for the day at the local marina. The hotel helped us rent a nice boat for the day for $300. We sat on a little was out off the beach and had a great day. Hotel is also very close to Santo Domingo for a day trip in as long as you go in off hours, because traffic around here can be crazy. The restaurants in this area are fantastic, albeit a little expensive for Dominican standards. But the restaurant right across the street (Neptunos) really was a great all day place to eat and swim and relax. I think this has to be one of the best deals in the area based on proximity to beaches, restaurants, good area, and super close to the airport.

The staff at Residencial las Palmeras were great. Emily was always there when ever we needed something or had a question. The Penthouse that we had overlooking the ocean was amazing. I recommend anyone that is going to visit Boca Chica that they stay at this resort. Will definitely make reservations again here.

We really enjoyed our stay @ hotel casa coco. Very nice people there, kind and helpful with everything. It obviously got renovated recently and has all new furniture. Nice and modern style. Very good AC, ceiling fan, hot and cold water, a safe to store your valuables, a small fridge and even a desk you can use to work on your laptop. Daily cleaning of the rooms is included. The pool has cristal clear water and the entire place is kept very neat and clean. Besides the pool there´s a nice restaurant with a bar where you can have breakfast and some cold drinks. This hotel is very unique. Very central location, close to the beach but also very quiet. It has everything you need for a relaxed stay at price that is hard to beat. This is our number one address in Boca Chica now.

This time we rented a house that had become available and was new to this rental location. VERY nice house but hadn't been occupied for some time. However the management company was very prompt in attending to the issues we experience. The 2 big issues was the air conditioning in the main bedroom and hot water. The hot water was out fault as I kept turning off an electrical switch didn't think it was necessary and it turned out to control the water heater. All in all, the staff were always available and very attentive. I'm looking forward to staying here again.
