This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and as normal, was amazing. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food was great. We normally come just as a couple but this year, friends came with us and they enjoyed it just as much. Looking forward to booking for next year soon :)

We have been going to Boa Vista since 2011 and we love it. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble. The food is fab with plenty of choice. The beach is to die for. No complaints apart from the hols are getting more and more expensive. Please dont price yourself out of the market.

This was our third trip to the RIU Palace BoaVista and once again it did not disappoint. We asked for a quiet room with a sea view and we got exactly that. High up at the front of the hotel but facing the sea. The room was clean and everything worked well. It was cleaned every day and to a very high standard. We chose not to book any of the A La Carte restaurants as we would normally do on a two week stay but we didn’t feel that we missed out as the buffet res, Africa, is so good. We were looked after wonderfully again by Edite and Damila at breakfast and Katleen at dinner, every day. The staff are always so polite and helpful and always feel welcome. The climate and the resort, so close to the beach but with beautiful pools if we prefer, is perfect for us. So much so that we have booked again for 7 nights over Christmas and New Year and we can’t wait. This trip was a special one as it coincided with my partners birthday and he received a little gift from the hotel on the day. It’s those little touches that make this hotel so wonderful. Thank you again to all of the staff at the RIU Palace BoaVista.

Absolutely amazing again ! I love this place I cannot fault one thing about here. The standard of amazing service, food, drinks, entertainment is superior. This was our second visit and we were very impressed that so many staff actually remembered us. So wonderful. Everyone is so attentive and lovely. The rooms are immaculate and the shower is out of this world. The beach is outstanding. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful Visit.

Byliśmy we wrześniu ubiegłego roku i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, czysto, jedzenie bardzo dobre, jest kilka restauracji można rezerwować wieczorami stolik i zjeść romantyczna kolacje w jednej z włoskich lub azjatyckich restauracji, a tak w ciągu dnia również pyszne jedzenie, miła obsługa, jest jeden Pan z polski który zajmuje się między innymi atrakcjami różnymi itp, chętnie pogada po polsku doradzi… są piękne klify plaża akurat bardziej kamienista ale my wybraliśmy się autobusem nie daleko na inna piękna plaże wiec nie ma problemu z tym. Atrakcje również fajne, można sobie ściągnąć aplikacje hotelu i widać tam co o której godzinę będzie jakie pokazy zespoły oraz mapa celnego hotelu można przez nią rezerwować stoliki itp bardzo przydatna ❤️ Hotel widać ze jest po remoncie wszystko jest nowe codziennie rano widać jak sprzątają myją nawet chodniki itp… polecam rano nastawiać budziki i zajmować leżaki w lepszych miejscach ale to w większości hoteli tak trzeba 😂 barmani również fajni, oczywiście jak powiesz ze jesteś z Polski leją tak jak powinni 😂😂

A great first stay at the Riu Palace. The choice and quality of the food in both the Sal Rei and Africa buffet restaurants was great. It was good to see the food being cooked in smaller quantities and replenished often. Drinks were also good although not always branded. The rooms were kept clean and the mini bar replenished every other day. Would definitely consider a second visit.

We visited Riu Palace at again the place couldn't be faulted nothing was to much bother and any issues resolved quickly and effectively.
