Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Hotel Bergkristall. Selten so ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet und konstant gutes Essen in einem Hotel erlebt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Auch die Gastgeberfamilie hatte stets ein nettes Wort. Toller Wellnessbereich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Just returned from a fabulous few days at the Bergkristall. It is a really lovely hotel, in a fantastic location, with exceptional food and service. This really was the best food I have ever had in a ski resort, complimented by friendly and attentive staff. Very highly recommended.

If you want to ski from the door and ski back to the hotel, if you prefer to strap on your skis in the morning and not take them off until lunch, if you can or want to ski off-piste and ... if you have a “loose” budget - this is definitely the place for you !

We have become regulars at this wonderful family run hotel. The Wrann's really know how to make everyone feel special and welcome--and they have trained their wonderful staff to offer the same level of service. Even Lauren, the resident toddler, knows how to greet guests properly and affectionately! Our waitress Valentina was true to her name: she is a sweetheart. All of the staff are terrific and we will be returning again later this year and next.

This hotel has a lovely ambience from the moment you arrive. The rooms are very clean and spacious with modern facilities. The restaurant is excellent, particularly the breakfast buffet and there is a beautiful sun terrace for lunch and apres drinks.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Bergkristall, having previously stayed in other hotels in Oberlech. Bergkristall enjoys a great location close tot he piste/lifts. The hotel is modern/chic with a modern feel in a traditional setting. Food in restaurant is excellent

Grundsätzlich ist das Bergkristall eine Perle. Tolle Zimmer und allgemeine Facilities, wie zum Beispiel der sehr schöne SPA-Bereich (mit sehr bezahlbaren Anwendungen). Spielezimmer ist klein und weg vom Schuss (und keiner weiss, warum der Tischkicker im Lager steht und nicht mehr angeboten wird). In der Hochsaison mit kleinen Einschränkungen durch unterschiedlich serviceorientiertes Personal, dass aber immer sehr bemüht und nett ist. Das Essen ist wirklich phantastisch. Sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet, tolle Abendmenüs mit einer sehr umfangreichen Weinauswahl. Das Bergkristall liegt in Oberlech recht zentral zu Bergbahn, Ski- und Schlittelpiste und ist bestimmt eines der modernsten und schönsten Hotels in Lech.
