Das Frühstück im Bergkristall sucht weltweit Seinesgleichen. Wir sind schon in vielen Hotels auf der ganzen Welt gewesen, wenige kamen überhaupt in die Nähe, erreicht hat den Bergkristall bis jetzt Keines.

Die Hoteldirektion wirkte auf uns arrogant, unprofessionell, gleichgültig mit mangelnder Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Rezeption verfügte nur über einen Mitarbeiter der professionell auf unsere Wünsche einging. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie die Geschäftsleitung sind nicht im Verkauf geschult.

Das von der Familie Wann geführt Hotel Bergkristall ist ein Ort zu Heimkommen und wohlfühlen. Moderne, gemütliche und komfortable Zimmer sind selbstredend. Bemerkenswert die Küche, ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und noch mehr. Eine unglaubliche Auswahl schon beim Frühstück mit Früchten, die es im Winter eigentlich gar nicht geben kann, Eierspeisenküche und einem Buffet, bei dem man das Skifahren eigentlich vergessen sollte. Das Mittagessen auf der Terrasse ist nicht nur legendär, sondern wirklich empfehlenswert. Es gibt kaum einen vergleichbaren Platz in Lech. Beim Abendessen fällt die Entscheidung immer schwer, was von der Karte oder dem Buffet konsumiert werden soll. Die Bedienung ist herzlich, flott und sehr verlässlich. Zusammenfassend: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

da fehlt noch was an Gästeorientierung, so schön das Zimmer ist, das Essen schmeckt und das Personal zuvorkommend ist, so sehr fehlt die Möglichkeit ab 1430 Uhr etwas zu essen zu bestellen. Da mussten wir nochmals raus und die benachbarte Gastronomie aufsuchen. Der Zutritt zur Terrasse wurde ohne Reservierung (es schien die Sonne, viele Tische unbesetzt) verwehrt, wir sollen halt Indooer etwas trinken...................... Wir waren nur 4 Tage da, schade, dass sich kein Mitglied der Eigentümerfamilie bei uns vorgestellt hat, aber vielleicht ist das auch etwas altmodisch gedacht. :-(

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Bergkristall war wirklich sehr schön. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Lage des Hotels. Man muss nur wenige Schritte zur Gondel laufen, die einem nach Lech runterbringt und mit den Ski ist man sofort auf der Piste. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Ablageflächen/Stauraum toll und mehr als ausreichend. So etwas findet man selten in Hotels! Housekeeping macht einen super Job - die Zimmer werden top gereinigt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Halbpension haben wir 1 x dazu gebucht. Das war in Ordnung, aber meiner Meinung nach nicht täglich notwendig aufgrund der grandiosen Auswahl an Restaurants in dieser Gegend. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sonnenterrasse des Restaurants am Nachmittag. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Kissenmenü/Auswahl (man hat zwar 3 Pölster im Zimmer, die sind jedoch relativ dick), Taschentücher Box im Skiraum, GYM Ausstattung/Platz wird nicht wirklich wert drauf gelegt bzw wirkt nicht einladend. Für die 2 täglichen Nespresso Kapseln im Zimmer würde ich persönlich kein extra Geld verlangen, die sollten schon dabei sein. Das hat uns doch ein wenig irritiert, da dies in anderen Hotels noch nie verrechnet wurde. Fazit: Ein tolles, familiengeführtes Hotel wo es bei der ein oder anderen Kleinigkeit noch Luft nach oben gibt.

Great hotel in a very good location (ski-in ski-out). The restaurant is fantastic but and the staff were all first class. Would definitely recommend staying here for a winter skiing holiday.

Das Bergkristall hat uns absolut begeistert! Die Top-Lage bietet nicht nur eine atemberaubende Aussicht, sondern auch eine perfekte Ausgangsposition für Ski in die Umgebung. Die Ruhe und die Schönheit der Natur machen diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Der Service war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Das Team hat sich wirklich um jeden Gast gekümmert und uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen und gut aufgehoben zu sein. Doch das absolute Highlight war die Küche– wahrscheinlich die beste in der gesamten Umgebung! Jedes Gericht war ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk, frisch zubereitet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert. Wir haben in diesem Jahr bereits drei andere Hotels besucht, die fast das Doppelte gekostet haben und in denen wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden waren. Doch das Bergkristall hat es geschafft, diese noch zu übertreffen!
