Room is very nice

A staff member banged on my door at night while I was sleeping (despite a Do Not Disturb sign) and loudly demanded my name and personal info through the door, claiming I wasn't supposed to be there, even though I had extended my stay with the front desk earlier that day. I felt completely unsafe and humiliated. The staff never identified themselves properly, never apologized, and the front desk was just as dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this location if you value privacy, safety, and basic customer service.

Hotel was loud with lots of teenage kids running around. They were out of cookies when we checked in but was given 2 bottle of waters instead. Elevator was slow. Room was basic but clean. I got a cheap rate so I feel like it met my needs. Get a room on a higher floor so you don’t hear the people above walking around etc. Staff was very friendly.

The outdoor temps were 80-90’s plus humidity. The room’s AC was preset to mid 70’s without the option to lower the temperature. On the info card it said we could request a fan for comfort but all of the fans were already being used. Very hot and humid night, not alot of sleep. The phone in the room did not work. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was not great. The beds were clean, the bathroom floor looked dirty. The front of the tv cabinet had old drips on it. We usually have good experiences at Hilton’s. This was not a great experience.

When I got to the hotel for check in nobody was there so I had to have a friend go there to put a sticker in my car so I didn’t get towed. The bus on the way there was packed so tight I almost had a heat stroke. I waited for an hour for the bus back and they just drove right past 10 minutes before the time they said they leave. When I called before my first flight they were rude and condescending and when I called because they left me the person was disrespectful. I will not EVER use this place again.
