Clean hotel. Alec at the front desk was so kind and considerate of our needs. Always had a smile on his face. Our deluxe suite was awesome! My family loved all of it. Breakfast area was good size. Decent price! We will be staying again in the future!

Have stayed here a number of times, most recently in May. Totally a solid experience; prompt shuttle, professional staff, clean, up to date rooms. Excellent breakfast spread. I can tell this is a professionally run place. Right near MOA. Thanks!

The service was a five. We were given our room key at 10 pm at arrival. Got to room and had not been cleaned. Front desk manager immediately made arrangements for best room available next door. We were in a beautiful suite within 15 minutes. Gave it a 4 for the system breakdown. Things happen.

Mostly good!
It was nice.
Didn't like that the "free" wifi kept pushing for me to sign up for their program, requiring all my personal information to do so.
It was also kind of frustrating that the cable television did not have a guide channel to let me know what was on the other channels at various times. Instead, I had to slog through each channel to see what was on, and hope that it wasn't a commercial when I got there. Frustrating!

Our room was very spacious, but it was showing signs of age. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and the shower curtain didn't stay in the shower very well.
