It takes only 10 minutes to walk from Cork train station with a suitcase. It's basically a straight line. It's all flat. It's very close to the river. The city center shopping center is across the river. It's very convenient. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how the hotel breakfast is. The room is spacious and clean with large activity space. The furniture and facilities are good, and the mattress is comfortable to sleep. The beautiful lady at the front desk is very friendly and greeted us in Chinese. The only bad thing is that the room we stayed in was on the second floor facing the street. The bar downstairs was too noisy until late, and light sleepers would be affected. Everything else was perfect.

The room is clean, but the decoration is relatively early and the facilities are a bit old. The atmosphere of the hotel's restaurant is very good. We so enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Isaacs Cork City! The historic hotel is located in the heart of downtown Cork and a beautifully renovated area. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was a wonderful restaurant connected to the hotel and right next door, as well as a bar, outdoor seating, and a lovely garden. We enjoyed our stay in Cork - a beautiful city with a welcoming and inclusive vibe. We enjoyed seeing the many attractions in the area including day trips to Cobh and to the stunningly beautiful Ring of Kerry. We also enjoyed walking around the city of Cork - accessible from the hotel. We appreciated the kind and genuine hotel staff providing recommendations on where to visit - we especially enjoyed the Marina Market. The hotel is lovely and beautifully kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a great experience at the Hotel Isaacs Cork City and would definitely visit again!

Just experienced the rudest and worst costumer service by a worker at the lobby. She was foreign had dark hair, was extremely rude and unhelpful was I was asking questions about nearby restaurants. Disappointed.

Not adequate price to quality. We paid nearly 300 euros for one night. Very warm in the room. Air conditioning was not working at all. Dyson fan very loud and not helpful. We tried open windows but noise and music from outside was so bad till 2 am. Compering to other hotels we visited cleanliness was 7 out of 10. Staff also not great, just ok. The only good thing was breakfast and the location of the hotel. We would not recommend staying over. It was disappointing for us for the price we paid.

We had a first class experience staying at Isaac’s hotel on our trip to Cork …very comfortable bed in a nice room. The staff very helpful and courteous and they organised discounted car parking after we dropped our bags off. Overall it was a lovely experience with a great atmosphere and delicious food in Greens Resturante which was excellent value for first class food.

Lovely rooms fab location excellent. However no air conditioning but a noisy Dyson fan . Reception staff weak not checking how stay went on check out . Very disappointing. Parking near hotel is expensive .
