Kyah Hotel

We were travelling as two couples and booked two rooms. Checked in and when we went to our rooms one was not made up, mattress was bare with linens on a chair. They were moved promptly but it meant we weren't near each other anymore. We understand the hotel is old but both the sink and toilet is stained from rust and age and need to be replaced. The bathroom drain was also full of clumps of dirt and needs to be cleaned. Bed and pillows were great, room was large and comfortable and everything else great. But we are in the mountains and it gets very cold, as the floors are timber you need to have a rug underneath all the beds.

Nice hotel with good service

Really nice stay, in very quiet part of blue mountains. Blaq dinner was nice . Plenty of on premises parking and daily room service is also nice

Renovated interior with a chic look, however the toilet was pretty dark. Could do with better lightings.

Great little place to stay, quirky and different. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We dined at the inhouse restaurant Blaq for breakfast and dinner. Loved the outdoor spa. Great variety of tea and coffee in rooms. Recommendation is to supply wine glasses in the room.
