Premier Inn Birmingham City - Aston

Helpful reception, useful location for a wedding at Quaid-e-Azam ballroom. Very basic but comfortable.

Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble even whilst very busy. Always trying to ensure everyone was satisfied with the service provided. Big shout out to Mehrnaz

Very efficient and rapid check-in by very friendly and attentive team (staff) member Tia. She provided the same level of service in the restaurant / bar.

Had a lovely stay, everything was clean and the food was decent. But the star of the show was all the staff, even those in the kitchen. Everyone had a smile on their faces, obviously enjoyed working there and were so kind and generous to us all. We came with our 1.5 year old which isn't always easy and they really helped make sure we were OK. Even gave her a little teddy! Shout out to Ana, Tia, Mehrnaz and Amiira!

Let's start with the staff we had the pleasure of meeting on arrival, Lorna, Tia and Ana and in the morning we met the beautiful Mehrnuz (I think that's how it's spelt) all the girls were amazing...thank you so much. Dinner was one of the best Premier meals I think we've had and we've had a few believe me, Chef and breakfast waiter were also charming, sorry guys, didn't get your names but thank you also ....bed was smaller than usual in our room and unusually not that comfortable and the room was a bit "tired" but other than that, I would highly recommend for location and wonderful staff x

Had a lovely stay and meal here with my best friend. We checked in quite late so we didn’t see much of the hotel but our food was fab. The staff and kitchen were absolutely rushed off their feet all evening with no breaks but remained so calm and lovely even despite the huge rush at dinner time with one staff member (Charlaine) on the brink of tears after another guest had shouted at her but had she bounced back so quickly. It was so nice to see that even the rudest of guests couldn’t dampen her high energy, she really is a treasure. I do hope the staff are appreciated and well looked after here as they really do make the life of this place, without them our stay would have been mediocre at best with the rooms being quite outdated and not a lot around. The managers and chef were very quick to support her which shows nothing but a team who all get along and appreciate each other. It was giving girl power!! 💪🏻💪🏾 It’s refreshing to see a team mingle so well as you don’t see this in most premier inns. Breakfast was also very nice and the lady who seated us was so kind! I didn’t manage to catch her name unfortunately. You really do have a golden team!!
