Stayed here in June, beautiful hotel, immaculate rooms! I told them prior to arriving that me and my boyfriend were staying for his birthday so if anything could be done to make it more special we would appreciate it, and we were greeted with a complimentary room upgrade which was so kind! We loved every minute of our stay so much we booked a second night! Thank you for making my boyfriend’s birthday so special :) x

I had a wonderful stay at the aparthotel in Birmingham, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service from Abdullahi at reception. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Abdullahi was always happy to help, whether it was providing local recommendations, answering questions with patience, or just offering a friendly smile after a long day. His genuine hospitality really made a difference in my stay, and it’s clear he takes pride in offering top-notch customer service. A huge thank you to Abdullahi again for making my visit so smooth and enjoyable he’s truly a credit to the team!

Fantastic location, a short walk from all amenities. Check in was smooth and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a lot of space and views across the city. Really good choice as part of the grab n go breakfast and helpful to have shop on site. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus more! Shout out to Soif, Alex and Abdullah who were v welcoming- would 100% recommend and return

This hotel was amazing , felt so welcomed from the moment I walked into the hotel and got checked in straight away . The apartment hotel itself was so surreal, looks even better in person . The apartment hotel had everything you would need from utensils down to the dishwasher/washing machine . The bed was most definitely my favourite part of the hotel , so fluffy and comfortable. Shout out to Saif at the snowhill branch, he was so kind and answered any questions I had . I will most definitely stay here again when I return to Birmingham:)
