處於伯明翰市區位置，去哪裡都可以citywalk，出門不遠就是地鐵站，交通很便利。餐廳早飯有待提高，比倫敦的早飯還難吃。另外酒店大廳有台階，行李較重的比較費勁。

房間大，設施好，位置好。距離伯明翰新街火車站步行10分鐘左右，距市中心各景點也是步行🚶♀️距離非常方便。酒店本身是個老建築，大堂吧和餐廳裝飾得很有英式情調。房間乾淨，衞生間也大，步入式淋浴房寬敞痛快。配有熱水壺、迎賓礦泉水、膠囊咖啡和咖啡機、巧克力棒。早餐也不錯。碰巧第二天有大型演出，一些樂隊明星也住在這裏應該是伯明翰最好的酒店之一。

在伯明翰的市中心，就在教堂的對面，火車站步行10分鐘不到，下了火車才12點多，酒店就給我們入住了。
伯明翰城市不大，所以酒店到各個景點、商業中心以及餐廳都很方便。
設施：房間蠻寬敞的，浴室設備也很好，酒店的旋轉樓梯很漂亮。
早餐是半自助的，主菜有英國全套早餐班尼迪克套餐等多總選擇，水果、麪包、酸奶等都自助。

After checking in, we opened the door to find the previous guest’s beer and an uncleaned bathroom. The front desk staff were extremely indifferent. Later, we found out that they had given us the wrong room number. The whole experience was shocking, and the hotel offered no compensation or apology. This is far from the level of service expected from a hotel of this standard—extremely disappointing.
