Room picture was different to the one we were given. Tidy and clean with tea coffee and sugar in the room. Breakfast available just no pork sausage.

Excellent staff was so helpful ( Amina) Everything clean, the room were impeccable clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was cozy ensuring the restful night. The location was perfect only 8 minutes drive to NEC Breakfast was basic but its nice

Good clean b&b, no temperature control in room, but otherwise really comfortable and clean. I didn't have breakfast as the reception wasn't sure about gluten free options, so I didn't eat there. Ordered in a deliveroo, great options for different takeaways.
