Nice rooms and v comfortable beds, a shame they always have the news on the lobby with the war in Gaza, not an inviting environment.

Conveniently located for city centre, and clean throughout. However staff are disinterested, and manager is patronising and condescending. The room service food was abysmal, and grossly overpriced. Simple pizza undercooked and inedible, representing very poor value, and to add insult to injury they apply a £6 tray fee to already overpriced menu. The windows don’t open at all, not even an inch, so air quality is poor throughout. The lifts x4 are unreliable at best and walking down 14 flights of stairs in the morning with bags when lifts out of action is unsatisfactory. Won’t be staying here again I’m afraid. It looks ok but behind the fancy facade are very poor standards of service and poor attitudes.

The service here is good and the staff here very friendly and treat me very nice too. The location is okay, it's not really too far from the new street train station. I love to be close to more food places that I like...there is also clubs, bar and shops close by too.

Very well presented hotel with professional staff. Attached restaurant/canteen*. Nice bathrooms and very good size rooms. Broad Street access, 15 min walk from Bull ring.
