地理位置在長橋核心區，比較方便，酒店裡設備也算還行。但是這個普瑞米爾酒店，價格比正經的萬豪希爾頓都貴，沒有拖鞋沒有牙刷，要都要不到的那種。早餐也不是自助的，可能是為了節約成本，需要自己找服務員下單點，很不適應。

The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the road from Changqiao Station and opposite Marks and Spencer Department Store. The service attitude is very good.

Very dissapointing. the room was clean but had 2 really hard pilows . no choice of softer ones. had terrible nights sleep with stiff neck in morning. no one at reception to help. the restaurant food was one of the wost meals i have had anywhere. the chicken was overcooked and hard. chips were cold.so were the other 5peoples in our group.we did tell waitress .I just wont stay there again put me right off.

Clean, tidy rooms and friendly staff. The team were very welcoming, accommodated to our needs and provided a great overall experience during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples.

Lovely staff!! Special shout out to Preeti on reception who really made us feel welcome!! Close to everything you can do in longbridge, nice bathroom, comfy beds, walking distance of trainstation, shops, restaurants etc..
