Excellent location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fabulous place to stay, very spacious lounge and breakfast area. Food was excellent at breakfast, including choice of cereals and lovely bloomer bread, fresh hot choices too.
Room clean and spacious, great facilities.
Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Overall, the price/performance ratio is good.
Pros: Very close to the train station, 5 minutes walk; good service attitude; not small room, good breakfast
Cons: The king-size bed I booked turned out to be only 1.5 meters; the ventilation system in the room is very noisy and cannot be turned off unless you remove the room card

The hotel is located close to everything I needed in central Birmingham. The room was clean and staff friendly. Only 2 things- the walls between the rooms are too thin. You can hear everything happening in the room next door including what they are watching on television and sleep noises. Secondly the breakfast variety is limited but having read reviews by others, I prepared appropriately.

This is the third time I have stayed here, and I am still very satisfied. The cleaning and supplies were very good. The staff quickly followed up on any issues. The breakfast was delicious and constantly replenished. I will certainly stay here again next time.
