設施：房間佈局蠻簡單的，不過那個床尾的沙發感覺放在那裡怪怪的，行李多的話不是很方便（本來地方也不大
衞生： 床單被套上有明顯的物資是那種用了很久洗不乾淨的那種（因為行程安排太趕沒來得及拍照）
環境：地理位置不錯，離火車站很近，鬧而取靜
服務：服務人員都很熱情
早飯也不錯👍

酒店位置極佳，離火車站、購物中心和維多利亞廣場都是走路5-10分鐘。有空調、微波爐、冰箱、電熱灶、廚具，酒店免費洗衣，所有咖啡、果汁、熱巧克力豆可以在大堂暢飲，早餐是純英式的：麪包，烤香腸，培根，紅豆醬，蘑菇，雞蛋等等。就是房間抽風機噪音較大，需要關掉廁所燈光才勉強能夠接受。

Great location and nice clean room.
The bed was a little on the bouncy side and pillows no where near what I sleep on but it is what it is for 1 nights stay.
Breakfast was good.
Scrambled eggs, beans , hash browns, toast, croissants

Nice stay over the bank holiday. It is conveniently located around the train station. The staff was courteous and let me check in earlier and kept my bag after I checked out.

The room was spacious with well-equipped kitchen utensils. We appreciate the variety of the breakfast and the serving hours as we managed to enjoy the breakfast before joining the Birmingham half marathon. We are also thankful that the staff gave us a chocolate bar and water before the run which is very considerate.
