The apartment was amazing so big spacious clean has absolutely everything you need such a great location right in the centre of everything but still so chill and calm and peaceful and the staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast omg 10/10 best hotel breakfast ive had in a ling time such a wide selection something for the whole family

Occasionally, I would go to Birmingham to watch a performance, so I booked this hotel for her. Overall, the stay was good, but the breakfast was not to her liking. Maybe she was not used to Western breakfast.

It's very close to New Street Station, with Poundland just downstairs, making it easy and affordable to buy water. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. Chinatown, the Bullring, and the Canal District are all within walking distance. The room is a decent size and comes with a kitchen, making it perfect for a long-term stay. The breakfast is delicious; while English breakfasts tend to be standard, this one is even better. The staff is friendly. I accidentally tore the curtains, but even after reporting it, I wasn't asked to pay for it, which is a bonus.

Facilities: The room layout is quite simple, but the sofa at the end of the bed feels awkwardly placed there, making it inconvenient for those with a lot of luggage (the room isn't very spacious anyway).
Cleanliness: The bedsheets and duvet cover had obvious marks of age and couldn't be washed properly (I didn't have time to take photos due to my tight schedule).
Environment: The location is great, close to the train station, yet quiet within the bustle.
Service: The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, shopping mall, and Victoria Square. It comes with air conditioning, a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, and kitchenware. Free laundry is provided, and all coffee, juice, and hot chocolate are available in the lobby. Breakfast is a full English: bread, grilled sausages, bacon, red bean paste, mushrooms, eggs, and more.
