We travelled with 2 kids and booked a family suite. The room was spacious with a living room. Things seemed to be good. However, the staff were very impolite. As from the booking, there would have toiletries provided. However, we found there was no toothbrush/ toothpaste. Also, there were no slippers. We made request to the staff before dinner and she replied in cold tone and rude manner that we needed to pay for the toothbrushes. For the slippers, we were told it would be delivered to our room. However, nothing was received after our dinner. We went to follow up the matter and the staff rudely passed 2 slippers to us while we were in a group of 4!!! She then gave us another two after we said it once again we are a family of 4!!!!
We were told the drinks at minibar were free for consumption. However, the drinks were opened and put back in the fridge. Apparently staff did not do clean up thoroughly. And the kettle was rusty and we dare not to use it.
Further, there are road construction around the hotel and there is no place to stop the car for drop off.
In brief, the room is spacious and nice but the service and the room cleaning/ make up are terrible.
In view of the service, we would not be back again!!!

The air conditioning is not good and the soundproofing is very poor. There are also parties in the hotel. The room is full of music and I can't sleep at all.

The clean facilities are very new. The building has a high-end feel both inside and outside. However, the service and the price do not match the price. In a hotel that costs more than 1,000 a night, a four-in-one express hotel shower gel is very stingy and smells bad... The bedding is rough and does not match the price of the hotel. I only asked for a one-hour delay in check-out. After the front desk agreed, they knocked on the door and said that the service could only be served for half an hour. The logic was confusing and the experience was not good.
