Your momentary understanding of service is literally disappointed one for me. I know I made reservation to that place but as soon as I realized, wanted to change the location of hotel but despite waiting for any reply for almost 3 hour, your customer services could not make it. The hotel was avarege. Location is below avarege. That is my mistake. I am aware of it but still expected better service from you, guys. But no worries.

We had a nice weekend in the hotel. Both staff and services were nice. The best thing is morning breakfast .I will try and revisit again.

The room was very basic but clean and comfortable. The additional parking charge of £12,50 was a bit of a disappointment. Also, regardless of what time you arrive, you have to leave by 12pm the next day; otherwise, you have to pay for the next 24 hours.
