All good- location, closeness to tram, restaurants, cleanliness, breakfast, staff including the cleaner. The only issue is the TV which never worked.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center. The hotel environment is good, but the room facilities are old. The hotel breakfast is quite rich and tastes good. The front desk service is good and the communication is smooth.

The white guy was very mean the day before yesterday. Other service staff were nice. However, there was no soundproofing. I could hear the voices from the neighbors clearly. Birmingham is very small. There is a Tesco Express next door. It is a 10-minute walk from the door. You can go and have a look.
