In the center of Birmingham, opposite Chinatown, behind the train station, lots of food, convenient transportation. The decoration looks new and clean.
The air conditioner in the room is broken, and the light is dim.
I ordered breakfast, but I didn't notice that the breakfast was at 10 o'clock, I thought it was 11 o'clock, and then I went to tell them it was over at 10:30. I thought it would be okay to give them an egg milk after the end, but there was nothing, and I wasted my money.

We were in Birmingham for a few nights and, unfortunately, had hoped for more from the hotel. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the carpet was stained, and there were hairs in the shower and on the bedspread – it was really unpleasant. The view was anything but nice; our window looked directly onto a gravel roof.
Overall, many things seemed better presented than they actually were. For one or two nights and on a tight budget, it's just about okay, but if you want a bit more comfort, you'd be better off investing a few euros more and looking for another hotel. I wouldn't go back again.

The aircon system was totally sucks, it happened to numbers of rooms, even we changed the room it wasn’t help. The staff told me that the maintenance can only be conducted on weekdays (our stays in during weekends) !!!! We can’t breath while we were sleeping, no choice but to open the windows. Our room is facing to the Main Street with heavy traffic even siren sounds from police car. Luckily we just stay for 1 night. Once is enough ！
