First time I travel long *distance ( by train* )and stay overnight in hotel ( solo traveller ), very impressed about how easy and choices bookings via Trip.com ( never disappointed me ). My stayed in EasyHotel was very impressive, staff’s professionalisms ( reception ), mannerisms and helpfulness were excellent. I will come to stay again with my choice of Quiet room, THANKS 👍😀

As soon as I entered, there was a body odor. It was super simple. There was nothing except toilet paper. The bed was super small. If I hadn't gotten off the subway in the middle of the night and was really tired, I really wouldn't stay here. I dare not experience it a second time for fear of nightmares.

The room was very small and it was difficult to turn around. There was no table and no kettle to boil water. British hotels did not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, or razors.
