Fehlende Gastkonzentration enttäuscht zu oft. gutes Marketing macht leider keinen Gast glücklich. Pool war schön u gepflegt. Frühstücksteam toll. Restaurant service grenzwertig unfreundlich. Küchenzeilenausstattung gibt es, hat uns keiner angeboten, zu spät erfahren. Bitte bei Kindern die Zimmeroptionen durchdenken, Kommunikation hilft.

Von der Ankunft ( sehr freundliche Dame ) bis zur Abreise waren wir sehr zufrieden !! Das Hotel sowie das Restaurant Lotta Kitchen Deli können wir nur empfehlen ! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen , die Menüauswahl ist überschaubar , aber gut gemacht , sehr freundliches Personal .

Vi havde lejet suiten 2 voksne og 1 på 16 på som sov på sovesofa - virkelig god sovesofa. Rummelig suite med eget soveværelse. Lækkert indrettet. Super morgenmad med en kok som lavede røræg omelet bacon og pandekager. Stort udvalg af kaffe juice oste og slagterpåkæg mm. Beliggenhed på støget ved vandet

Et lækkert hotel, mangler intet. Lækre omgivelser. Mange turister. Eneste minus er der ikke ved bookning står skrevet hotellet ikke kan parkere biler over 2000kg på hotellet. Men heldigvis finder receptionen en anden løsning….men lidt bøvlet.

Das Loev Hotel in Binz ist ohne jede Einschränkung zu empfehlen. Die Renovierung ist grandios gelungen. Wir hatten eine schöne geräumige Junior-Suite, die einwandfrei gereinigt wurde. Stil und Farbkonzept des Hotels war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war hochwertig und sehr lecker. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos sind in Binz eine Katastrophe. Hier sollten Möglichkeiten geschaffen werden. Was heute leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist: Ich wurde sehr nett begrüßt und verabschiedet und man erkundigte sich, wie es mir gefallen hat. So sollte es sein.... Ich war schon in diversen Hotels in Binz. Im Loev hat es mir mit Abstand am Besten gefallen!

Modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit hohem Standard. Sehr gemütliche Suite, in der der Wohn- und Schlafbereich geschickt voneinander trennt werden. Das Frühstück ist überragend und es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gemütliche Betten.

alles top: Personal beim Check-Inn; Einrichtung alles ziemlich neu; Saunabereich sehr gut gemacht; Frühstück xxl top; Lage direkt im Zentrum und nur kurzer Weg zum Strand; weniger top: Schlafbereich kleiner als gedacht - Bett stößt direkt an Abtrennung zum Vorraum, dadurch stößt man nachts mit den Füßen auch immer wieder an die Abtrennung gar nicht top: Hunde im Frühstücksraum

Traumhafte Auszeit an der Ostsee. Eine Reklamation bei Anreise wurde sofort professionell zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Das Hotel ist sehr elegant eingerichtet und strömt einen zurückhaltenden Luxus aus. Die gebuchte Suite im 3. Stock mit seitlichem Blick auf die Seebrücke war fantastisch, mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank. Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem, das Bad ausreichend groß
