I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. The air conditioner is cold, the room has no odor, and the sheets are clean. The only downside is that there is a nightclub nearby at night, which affects the rest a bit.
