Spacious room and in good condition. Supermarket just next door and nearby full of eatery. Satisfied with the breakfast, serving both local delicacies and western breakfast. The hotel required deposit of MYR150.00.

Came here for business trip. I love everything about this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff was helpful. Probably the best hotel around. The ambience was nice too. I would pick Ne w World every time I visit Bintulu. 🤘🏾

Cannot go to bintulu due to flood in bintulu, submit application to cancel or change stay date but hotel not allow. No considerate.

The hotel seemed like its recently updated. The beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. The room was of decent size too! Lots of room for us to roam around. Lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel making it very convenient us travellers.
