However, Ctrip's customer service Xiaolin is very professional and good. Without her, I would not be willing to give a good review. She is really the pride of Ctrip.

I read the reviews before booking and had lowered my expectations. The result was quite average. With the help of Ctrip, I upgraded the room and it was acceptable! But in terms of price and service, I have to give Ctrip full marks this time! Even other guests asked me where I booked it. It was so suitable! There are too few people who can speak Chinese, especially in the daycare center, so I can't let my children enjoy it well.

Because of the age of the building, the room facilities are the hardware shortcomings. The environment and service are really great! There is nothing to complain about. Regarding the pier to the hotel, it is recommended that you purchase the hotel bus transfer service through Ctrip. It is 100 RMB per person for a round trip. After passing the customs, you will see the CLUB MED counter at the end. You can leave your luggage there and get on the bus. When you arrive at the hotel, your luggage will be delivered to the door of your room. If the return ferry is at 11:40 in the morning, you can put your luggage at the door of the room at around 9 o'clock, and then pick up the luggage directly at the ferry terminal. The hotel has already helped to exchange the ferry ticket, so this fee is still very worthwhile 🤗The beach is fine, and the advantage of the all-inclusive price is that you can have a glass of wine, drinks and snacks at any time when you are thirsty and hungry👍

We arrived before Christmas and spent Christmas Eve here. I like Clubmed in Bintan. The room is large, and there is a bay window bed. The big bed is also a 2-meter wide bed. The family of three sleeps very comfortably. There are also many entertainment programs. This time, the child experienced the flying trapeze, and the mother experienced aerial yoga. Other sports such as tennis and badminton were played. The buffet has a wide variety of food and drinks. The evening performance is our favorite part. This time, I want to mention that because my mother suddenly had gastroenteritis, the doctor OS and the nurse Yelly rushed to the room to treat us in the middle of the night, and the GOs were also very enthusiastic. Yum, Clarissa of the acrobatic group, tennis coach Roger, etc. We only remember the faces but not the names 😅 Clubmed in Bintan is worth a visit. We will go again. There is a beach party on Christmas Eve, and the fireworks are especially great!

It has been open for a long time, so the facilities are a bit old, but it is very clean. There are many activities every day, all-inclusive, and the whole family had a lot of fun. I stayed for 4 nights this time, and the overall experience was very good, recommended!
