Best Bintan Hotels

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... Had a very good stay in Banyan Tree, we like the spacious villa either our own jacuzzi. Room was clean and appreciate the staff to prepare our room for night setup, with the mosquito nets and cools. Food was good and had good selection too. Spa massage was also good. You can ask the buggy to drive you anywhere within the resort and their sister hotels. Staffs are all friendly and always greet with a smile. Just take note a lots of insects so bring your insect repellent. And don’t have complimentary shuttle from ferry terminal, its chargeable. The TV is old model so cant cast your phone to watch Netflix. The telephone line will cutoff during rainy days, however, whatsapp service and will still be contactable with the reception. Overall a good stay if you want a private and relaxing holiday.

Neat little boutique resort with very pleasant staff. Very serene environment wthout noisy families and children.. surrounded by plenty of mangrove habitat within the property. Outside the property, you can cycle to rustic local villages and fisherman wharf (15mins walk away). Could hv been better if wifi is more stable. Electricity tripped once when we were there for 3D/2n..and if there is a.mini-fridge in the room, it would be perfect. Otherwise, all facilities are good enough. Menu serves a variety of western, indonesian and some chinese food but your best choice would be their yummy indonesian selection. Basic water activities eg swimming pool overlooking the sea, kayaking and other on-site tours are available. For kids: small slides, swings, see-saw, small animals eg rabbits, cats and chickens. Entertaintment: simple board games, uno, darts etc

Great place to relax, very clean. Very nice staff and food is very good. The beach is very nice also

It was very nice. The location is about 45 minutes from the ferry port but that means it is quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were friendly and attentive. We tried as much as we could from the menu and it was all great. The crêpes for breakfast were especially good.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

Awesome hotel, that is, Ctrip has to contact the hotel through the agent, can not communicate directly, not too convenient. The hotel is right by the sea and you can watch the sunset. The hotel's restaurant is better than any restaurant on the island! I ate three dinners this time, and I didn't step on thunder when I blinded a lot of dishes! The disadvantage is that the electric water heater is used, and the water will be cold after a long bath time. In addition, the hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, and there is no renewal of cleaning for two days.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

Good value for money, the environment is OK
