The location was good, and room was adequate. Strong smell of air freshener when I came into the room, so I needed to open all the windows to vent the space. The walls were pretty thin so people caughing and phones ringing bothered me a bit.
Room was clean and the service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

I have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for.
However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises "private parking," but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

The location was great, and there was a supermarket and cafe nearby, so it was very convenient. The receptionist was very kind.
The bed was comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft.
The only thing that bothered me was that there was quite a bit of noise. I was woken up at around 4am by the sound of the plumbing. There was also a slight smell coming from the drains.
Other than that it was a comfortable stay！

Strange sounds when shower and toilet used, could also hear this from other rooms. No luggage racks. Large room, basic and needed dusting. Walking distance to Guggenheim. Shuttle bus to airport 2 mins away
