Muy poca higiene!, fui con mi mujer Montse y vimos fluidos extraños en las camas y pelo por todas partes, el recepcionista me miro con una cara acosadora a mi mujer y ami, adjunto foto a continuación, definitivamente un hotel al q no recomiendo ir

Il titolo dice tutto. Da un check in allucinante al nostro arrivo, si è costretti a fare tutto on line all'ultimo momento, non c'è un solo essere umano alla reception, anzi per essere precisi proprio non esiste una reception. Esperienza sinceramente alienante. E sì che di viaggi ne abbiamo fatti. Non c'è alcun tipo di accoglienza e/o assistenza da parte di nessuno, il vuoto totale, a parte un distributore di caffè sul pianerottolo. Stanza piccola e disadorna, spartana, neanche un miniarmadio, solo un trabiccolo di plastica da quattro soldi per appendere i vestiti. Bagno piccolo e privo anche di ganci per gli asciugamani e mensole. Chicca finale : dopo il primo pernottamento, rientramo nella "struttura" alle 16.00 e nessuno aveva pulito e rifatto il letto, tutto come avevamo lasciato al mattino. Veramente una pessima esperienza, voto finale : 2. Andate altrove, datemi retta.

Die Buchung, der check in, der Zutritt zum Gebäude und Zimmer funktionierten gut online und mit Codes. Persönlich gesehen haben wir nie jemanden. Die 1* Pension befindet sich zwischen Guggenheim Museum und Bilbao Altstadt. Zur Altstadt sind es zu Fuß 1,5 km. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber mit eigenem Bad. Generell war alles sauber, außer den üblichen Macken an Wänden und Möbeln. Großer Wermutstropfen: Das Wasser der Dusche fängt sich an der Wand zum Zimmer. Dadurch entstand starker Schimmel im Zimmer oberhalb der Fußleiste direkt am Bett. Das geht gar nicht, da manit dem Kopf dort liegt. Der Preis 120€/ Nacht ist etwas zu hoch.

Desastroso en limpieza y servicios: - hemos dormido en un colchón amarillo de las manchas que tenía y sin protector ni en almohadas ni en colchón - edredón con manchas y con pelos - en el minibar había un pelo - las camas no las han hecho Paredes sucias - cristales sin visillo que te veía el vecino de enfrente. Si quieres intimidad tienes que correr las cortinas negras y encender la luz - gel y champú recargados de marcadona - papel higiénico sucio - no hay aire acondicionado (en los servicios de la habitación lo incluye) pero había un ventilador con tres capas de polvo perfecto para los alérgicos que no se ha limpiado en 1 año - Alfombra baño de los pies inexistente - hemos llamado al número de asistencia para quejarnos y después de todo su contestación fu un "vale" - Los servicios de la habitación incluye perchero y armario (había solo un perchero roto) - Toda esta experiencia por módico precio de 100 euros la noche sin desayuno - buena ubicación
