Great stay
Great location at bus station. Easy to get everywhere via the trams. Comfortable room and very good amenities for cooking and washing. Highly recommend

Good service
Overall it was good. The service was excellent. The temperature in the A/C is fixed and you cannot modify it, also it turns off automatically and you'd have to start it again: not a good feature in the middle of a heatwave or hot summer night. Other than that, zero complaints. Great location.

Good concept fails to 2 major issues
Breakfast was awful but fortunarely it was until 10:30 but there wasnt much else than coffee, bread and cereal. I dont think my room was cleaned even once during 6 nights visit. Best thing about the room is bathroom and worst part is the bed.
Place also had gym which was nice and location decent. However the place failed on two major issues; breakfast and bed.
Note: Im 29 and used to crappy student meals and sleeping in crappy hostels.

Great place for price
I was over for two athletic club games it’s literally a 3 minute walk from the stadium perfect location, it is right above the bus station and has its own gym and the staff were brilliant and helpful, has everything you need and more perfect location for a walk to the city in 5 minutes maybe 20 minute walk from the old town. I will certainly be back to resa San mames when in Bilbao again
