위치는 좋으나 베이직한 호텔입니다 조식은 추천하지않습니다 빌바오 미술관 구겐하임 미술관에 가실예정이면 걸어서 15분정도라 괜잖습니다

Hotel un po' datato,soprattutto nelle stanze. Ottimamente posizionato,si raggiunge tutto a piedi,dal Guggenheim alla cattedrale e quartiere limitrofo. Offre il servizio parcheggio ad un prezzo equo. Complimenti allo staff di reception,preparati,gentili e sempre disponibili,il vero motivo delle 5 stelle

We called in for dinner one evening after strolling around the old town . The restaurant wasn’t full but there seemed to only be one member of staff to serve everyone. It looked as if you had to come in & get your own drinks if you were sitting outside . I only wanted a snack but husband wanted a main meal . He had salmon with peppers & I had croquettes. He had to eat most of mine as 12 were too many . They were tasty though . The food was nice & well cooked .

Ha sido una grata experiencia todo el personal de la recepción,,, dando explicación a todas nuestras preguntas preocupándose de si habíamos disfrutado del día. Al final el hotel es para descansar y está en pleno centro perfectamente ubicado.

The hotel room was nice, although a bit small. The room was clean and the staff were really helpful, and the experience was overall great. The hotel is situated in a very central spot, within a 10-min. walking distance from both the old city and the Guggenheim, and a 20-min walk from San Mames. You can also buy Guggenheim tickets via the reception for a cheaper price than regular admittance. Two things that were a bit disappointing - there was no minifridge in the room and the AC was very weak in my room. This wasn't a big issue since it wasn't hot when I visited Bilbao, but it might be an issue during peak summer.

Surely a great choice in Bilbao! It’s super central, just by the river Nervion and the Guggenheim. The room was comfortable, all the staff very kind, and they even stored our bags after check out for no extra charge. I felt warmly welcome and will return when in this pleasant city! 🙏

Perfect location overlooking the river, a 15 minute walk from the Guggenheim. The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. I went for the B&B option - the buffet breakfast was very good. The satt were great too. Very helpful, efficient and friendly. One nice little point: the rooms have USB points, so UK visitors don't need to bring an adaptor to charge their phones.

The standard of everything in this hotel was excellent. The cleanliness, the food and the staff were all terrific. I would especially like to thank Ossanna on reception who was such a pleasure to deal with. With her never ending smiles and her great sense of humour she made our stay extra special. I would definitely stay here again if I’m visiting Bilboa
