The internet connection works in early afternoon. In the evening—forget it. I have spent 40 minutes hoping to make a connection. This review is being sent via my phone—and not phone on their internet connection. I was going to compose an email to their customer service group, but could not find an email address. Nice place, good breakfast—appropriate for $200+/night. Now you know why I gave this place a “1” —zero was not an alternative.

Estancia de 10!!!. Situado muy cerca de todo. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas. Especiales gracias a Borja y José Manuel de recepción, unos auténticos cracks!! super profesionales y amables explicándonos todo lo necesario para aprovechar Bilbao al máximo. Se nota q aman su trabajo. Gracias chicos!!! De verdad!!!. Volveremos !!!!

Maybe the best hotel we’ve stayed in in Spain. Tough to decide between this and the Parador in Cadiz… Staggering architecturally, comfortable, well appointed. Polished service. Excellent breakfast. Open air heated pool halfway up the building…

très bel hotel, décoration soignée, parfaitement situé pour découvrir la ville. La salle de bain est très grande et la chambre vraiment confortable. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux, servi dans des salles qui donnent sur le parc. Accueil très professionnel.

Stayed 3 nights at start of family trip through northern Spain. Was lovely hotel in great location, next to a park and very close to the centre of Bilbao and the Guggenheim. Lovely little outdoor swimming pool on sixth floor with city views and next to the gym which wad small, but not crowded and had decent selection of cardio and free weights equipment. Central spaces in hotel very nicely done and rooms very comfortable. We had breakfast included and it was really good with excellent selection and quality. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, great facilities and comfy bed. Lots of choice at breakfast and friendly staff . Swimming pool very small so we didn’t use it but that wasn’t an essential part of our stay. Our room was on the 10th floor with a balcony, posted a view of the park view.

Hotel de 5*, nunca antes había estado en uno, así que no sé muy bien que es lo que cabe esperar. Habitación muy completa con un gran y lujoso baño (aunque me llamó mucho la atención que no hubiera escobilla para el WC) con albornoces y zapatillas. Moqueta nueva, aunque a mi personalmente no me gusta demasiado, ascensor panorámico para las 10 plantas ( y nunca encontré las escaleras) Pequeña piscina en la 6 planta que salvo que haga mucho calor, esta libre. También gimnasio y sauna a libre disposición. El desayuno buffet increíble, incluso había champagne. Todo el personal muy amable, pero cabe destacar la simpatía de Zigor en recepción. El hotel dispone de parking, también hay parkings en los alrededores, y se puede aparcar en zona azul/verde que los fin de semana no se paga

Es la primera vez que estamos en este hotel. La verdad muy bien. Traíamos un perrin pequeñito y nos pusieron una cama y unos cuencos. Quiero recalcar, la cama estaba lavada y limpia. Fue una suerte. La atención del hotel excelente. Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada e hicieron lo imposible para dejarnos entrar antes. El parking no lo reservan, pero habían plazas. La verdad es que tengo ganas de volver. Lo aconsejo.
