The location of the hotel was very good. 10 minutes walk to the museum and the old town. Very helpful parking although expensive (€20 per night). Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was comfortable but dark. The reception is on the 3rd floor and our room is on the 2nd! Our window faced a street but in front of us was a large building blocking the light. I expected something better coming from the equivalent Mercure in San Sebastián.

The hotel is in a good location, a 10-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum and close to the old town. The room is clean, parking is convenient (underground parking garage), and the breakfast is good. The only thing that was a bit troublesome was that after navigating to the hotel, the main entrance of the hotel was not along the street, but you had to climb the stone stairs outside the building to the 3rd floor, where the reception was (Figure 1 below). But after the front desk learned how to open the door along the street and the underground garage, it was quite convenient.

5 minutes walk to the mall, Macdonald, Taco, Burger King, Five Guys. Shopping street.

A cozy city hotel, in the city center, about a ten-minute walk to the main attractions, and there are also good Chinese restaurants, shopping malls, etc., about a five-minute walk to various Zara Mango stores. Not bad!
