Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast. Very attentive staff. Spa with extra cost of €15, the “steam” part is at a lower temperature than appropriate, the pool part is very good.
The gym only has one machine, treadmills and bicycles. Spacious room and hotel with many details that make the stay more pleasant

The location of the hotel was very good.
10 minutes walk to the museum and the old town.
Very helpful parking although expensive (€20 per night).
Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
The room was comfortable but dark.
The reception is on the 3rd floor and our room is on the 2nd! Our window faced a street but in front of us was a large building blocking the light.
I expected something better coming from the equivalent Mercure in San Sebastián.
