I stayed in this brand hotel when I went to Milan before, and the service was good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. There is a bus downstairs to go to the city center, which is very convenient. It is about 2-3 stops away. There are also eating places and small bars near the hotel.

El servicio de recepción rápido y eficiente. La ubicación inmejorable . La habitación comoda y muy agradable.
El único fallo fue la no disponibilidad de aparcamiento en el hotel. Se nos hizo un poco incómodo tener que ir a otro Parking llegando de un viaje largo.

L'hotel si trova sulla via principale di Bilbao, a distanza di circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla Città Vecchia (passeggiata molto piacevole, in una strada piena di negozi). Ottima accoglienza, stanza grande, letti e cuscini comodissimi, pulizia buona. Colazione con offerta abbondantissima e con piatti preparati al momento. Altro punto a favore, l'hotel si trova a brevissima distanza dalla fermata del bus da e per l'aeroporto.

Unglaublich schlecht. Die Bilder sagen alles. 165 Eur für so ein verkommenes Zimmer nähert den Diebstahl. SCHIMMEL an der Wand!! Schimmel in der Dusche!! ps. Handseife gleich Shampoo gleich Duschgel. Nie mehr. 165 Eur für ein Zimmer für eine Nacht.
