I like this city. The hotel is good. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel in Spain. I only stayed for one night. It is still worth recommending.

The location was great, very close to the station.
As with other European hotels, there were no amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes. I brought my own slippers, but the floor seemed to be quite dirty, so the indoor slippers got dirty quickly.

Great location - it right above the Bilbao bus terminal.
New and clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast was Decent with good selection of fruits.
The hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel has a unique and novel design, and the front desk service is good. However, the reception process is slow and there are few elevators, which is a bit inconvenient. Sometimes you need to wait. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my stay.
