駅から非常に近くて、ロケーションがよかった。
ヨーロッパの他のホテルと同じで、スリッパと歯ブラシなどのアメリティがない。持参したスリッパを使用していたが、床がだいぶ汚れているようで、室内スリッパがすぐ汚くなった。

Great location - it right above the Bilbao bus terminal.
New and clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast was Decent with good selection of fruits.
The hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel bien situado y concebido para descansar.Dotado de comodidades y accesible para personas con diferentes capacidades. A mejorar el servicio de desayuno buffet.Hemos observado que el maitre o encargado trabaja como un camarero normal, no teniendo tiempo de observar y controlar,que es su verdadero cometido.No sabemos si por falta de personal y organización,por lo tanto, se produce acumulación de mesas sucias cuando hay muchas vacías.

Es un hotel adaptado a todas las personas. El personal en recepción y restaurante muy amable y diligente. Las habitaciones son grandes, modernas y muy cómodas. Además muy limpias. Muy bien comunicado. Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, tranvía y metro. También cerca del centro de Bilbao, andando unos 15-20 minutos
