The location is very good, opposite the British Palace, convenient to the old town, not far from the subway entrance, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the airport. The room is small but clean.

What a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay.
The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional.
The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room.
Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure.
Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town.
Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat.
We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.

One night stay for us with our teenage son before heading out for an early train departure the next day. Very convenient location for the station and centre of Bilbao with all its shops & restaurants. Excellent hotel, tucked on a quiet road behind the shopping area. Very clean, modern room with great facilities. Most importantly, quiet with very comfortable beds. A well proportioned room, as often the can feel cramped with the third bed, but this was not the case here. A large sofa bed made for more than an adequate sleep!! All in all, no hesitation to recommend this hotel. Would have happily stayed longer.

Visited the Sercotel Ayala Hotel in Bilbao for one night, hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of top destinations and very close to rail station and walkable to the bus station. Great price for this modern hotel. Our room was great, but small, so okay for a night or two, one issue is the duvet cover, it consist of two sheets that come apart as soon as you get into bed, so not at all practical. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Ho soggiornato 5 notti (giugno 2025) e quindi posso dire che le mie impressioni sono più che verificate. Il massimo dei voti per posizione (tutto si raggiunge a piedi ), pulizia della camera e dei luoghi in comune, ottima e di varietà la colazione. Ottima anche la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Una piccola nota per la direzione: come in altri hotel europei di pari livello, sarebbe bene fosse disponibile un servizio di self service per una veloce colazione nel caso, come il mio, fosse necessario partire prima dell’apertura della sala colazione.
