The suite-style hotel has exquisite interior decoration, spacious and comfortable beds, high-end amenities, and is located in a downtown area close to the Guggenheim Museum. The service staff is attentive and friendly, the price is reasonable, and it is great value for money.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a big supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The elevator station for going up the mountain is also next to it. The Guggenheim Museum is just across the river. The facilities in the room are complete and perfect!

There are not many rooms on one floor. The room is big and has a kitchen equipped with pots, detergents and other supplies. The view outside the window is not very good.

Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have.
