During a heatwave, we chose to stay at the property despite negative reviews, hoping for a convenient end to our holiday. The room was basic and lacked both air conditioning and proper ventilation, as large crowds selling goods illegally outside made it impossible to open windows and compromised our privacy. The situation escalated when a dramatic police raid—with dogs and batons—took place right outside, and afterwards, suspected ***** were found on our windowsill. Unable to move rooms, we felt trapped and unsafe, and ultimately decided to relocate to a hotel near the airport. We would not recommend this accommodation.

The balcony area was poor. It was dirty and on the ground floor so no views besides the back of the surrounding buildings.
The area around the property felt unsafe. The street was cordoned off by police one day due to unrest.
The room did not feel particularly clean when we first arrived. Clearly had been cleaned in a hurry.
Apart from that the property was walkable from all major attractions.

Very rough neighborhood, noisy, no air conditioning, had to go a couple blocks away for included breakfast of coffee, juice and bun.
