Hotel is centrally located, very close to main attractions. The room was small, only 1 small water per stay per room, breakfast was acceptable but can be busy

Stayed a couple of nights in NYX Hotel Bilbao. The location of the hotel is ideal, with most attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the old part of Bilbao which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Also close to shops and a nice riverside walk to the Guggemheim museum. Can’t rate food as did not use hotel amenities. Overall the hotel had a modern stylish feel to it. Check in and out was speedy and staff were courteous.Rooms are quite small and the glass walled bathroom may not suit everyone’s taste. All in all, we were happy to stay at this hotel for it’s location and overall stylishness.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. However, the double room with city view we booked was given a room with a view of the hotel elevator. In addition, there was only one bottle of water and one set of toothbrush sets provided. Although we should have made a request to the hotel, after discussing it, we decided to stay for one night after comprehensive consideration.
