Very friendly tour guide style info from check in staff in the Reception desk enriched our experience in Bilbao that offered far more than Guggenheim museum. Thank you Zubiondo!

The hotel was very close to Casco Viejo and the Mercado, excellent places for food and drink! The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and had an amazing recommendation for Txangurro when i asked!
